Dialpad, the AI platform for customer experience, is seeking an AI Platform Engineer on AI Mining to own the data infrastructure layer. You’ll manage BigQuery datasets, cloud storage, IAM, Vertex AI pipelines, and Dataform integration to ensure mining outputs flow reliably.
Collaborate with AI, data science, and product teams, implement IaC (Terraform), steward data contracts and governance, and scale the data platform as we expand to new channels, customers, and verticals.
