📍 Location: Collyer Quay / Vendor’s Site
💰 Salary: Up to $5,500/month base
📅 Contract: 1 Year
🕘 Working Hours: 5 Days’ Work Week
Your Role
Execute annotation workflows and AI model evaluation guidelines with high accuracy and quality.
Conduct data quality audits and provide actionable feedback to improve annotation performance.
Support new AI projects by developing and refining annotation workflows and guidelines.
Design, test and optimize AI system prompts / prompt engineering for model evaluation.
Analyze datasets to identify quality issues, error patterns and performance gaps.
Prepare reports and insights to support process and guideline improvements.
Stay updated on Generative AI, LLMs and AI evaluation methodologies.
Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with strong academic performance.
Experience in AI prompt writing / prompt optimization is preferred.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Native/professional fluency in English + at least ONE of the following languages: Thai, Korean, Japanese, German, French, Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with good attention to detail.
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and adapt to changes.
Genuine interest in AI, LLMs and emerging technologies.
⭐ Good to Have
Experience in LLM/VLM data annotation, AI model evaluation or prompt engineering.
Experience in content quality assessment for images/videos.
Background in STEM, finance, law, psychology, sociology or related fields.
