Job Details:
* Location: Collyer Quay or Vendor's site
* Salary: Up to $5.5k basic
* Duration: 1 year contract
* Working hours: 5 days a week
Job Scopes:
• Execute AI annotation workflows and guidelines to evaluate model performance, ensuring high editorial quality, accuracy, and scalability.
• Monitor annotation quality, identify error patterns and quality risks, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Conduct quality audits on vendor-delivered annotations to ensure compliance with project requirements and training objectives.
• Maintain audit records and provide constructive feedback to improve annotator performance and data quality.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop annotation guidelines and support new AI projects.
• Perform hands-on annotation tasks and help establish scalable processes for emerging workflows.
• Design, test, and optimize prompts to improve AI model outputs and evaluation effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain prompt libraries, standards, and best practices for consistent project execution.
• Analyze annotation data to identify trends, errors, and performance gaps.
• Prepare reports and insights to support guideline enhancements and data-driven decision-making.
• Stay updated on developments in Large Language Models (LLMs), AI evaluation techniques, and industry best practices.
• Research emerging technologies and competitor approaches to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance.
• Experienced in writing and optimizing AI system prompts.
• Professional proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills—demonstrated command of grammar, style, and tone.
