AI Delivery Manager
Salary: ₱250,000 – ₱370,000 per month
About the role
We are seeking an AI Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate end-to-end solution implementation activities for major AI and Big Data initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between product managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders—managing delivery dependencies, technical workstreams, and release readiness. Your leadership will ensure high-impact AI capabilities are smoothly built, tested, documented, and successfully transitioned into operations.
Key responsibilities
Translate AI and Big Data product priorities into build-ready work packages, delivery plans, solution backlogs, and milestone forecasts.
Coordinate cross-functional design and build activities across solution architecture, data engineering, application development, model integration, security, and user experience.
Lead integration efforts across cloud services, AI platforms, and enterprise systems, while managing risk, dependencies, and technical blockers.
Support end-to-end testing (system, integration, UAT, security, performance), remediation actions, release readiness, and implementation cutovers.
Maintain comprehensive delivery governance documentation, executive progress dashboards, and operational handover materials.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Data, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in portfolio, program, project, or operations management, with a primary focus on technology, data, or AI-related initiatives.
Proven track record managing cross-functional technical workstreams, delivery schedules, risk remediation, and capacity planning.
Strong background in supporting end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities from requirements elaboration to production deployment.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and experience delivering executive-level progress reports and governance updates.
