AI Deployment Strategist - Agent Builder

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Strategic discovery & vision setting
• Lead executive-level workshops with business lines and corporate functions to identify challenges and opportunities where agentic AI drives step-change improvements.
• Co-create AI adoption roadmaps, articulating the “art of the possible” and a clear path to value.
• Build business cases and quantify value; prepare qualification, committee and project-gate decisions; prioritize the Agent Builder use-case portfolio.

AI solution design & deployment
• Architect end-to-end agent solutions on the Group’s platforms (Maia, Mistral AI Studio, Copilot Studio), integrating them into business workflows, systems and data.
• Steer pilots and deployments in close collaboration with forward-deployed engineers (FDEs), the Agentic Factory, product teams and technology partners (Mistral, Microsoft), ensuring scalability and impact.
• Ensure compliance with the Group’s delivery framework, data governance and DPO requirements.
• Own the transition from pilot to production: deployment plan, change management, handover to run and support teams.

Value realization & adoption
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business sponsors, guiding their agentic AI strategy and maximizing the value of deployed solutions.
• Track adoption and value KPIs, and report progress to executive sponsors and governance bodies.
• Identify opportunities to scale successful pilots across the Group’s entities, countries and business lines.
Cross-functional collaboration & offer industrialization
• Act as the bridge between business teams, forward-deployed engineers (FDEs), product, architecture, data, cybersecurity and technology partners.
• Synthesize field feedback to shape internal product roadmaps and partner requests.
• Develop reusable assets, playbooks and solution patterns to industrialize the Agent Builder offering and ensure consistent delivery excellence.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 4+ years of experience in a client-facing strategic and technical role within a consulting firm (strategy, transformation, data or AI) or a technology solution provider (value engineering, forward-deployed engineering).
• A degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a business school with a strong analytical dimension).
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML and generative AI (LLMs, agents, RAG), with the credibility to advise both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience building AI applications (Python or similar).
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges into actionable solutions.
• Executive presence and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders (VP, C-level).
• Resilient, results-driven and comfortable leading through influence in a matrixed, collaborative environment.
• Fluent in French and English, comfortable in an international environment.

A plus
• Experience deploying AI agents in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Change management and large-scale adoption experience; exposure to multi-partner ecosystems (vendors, start-ups, integrators).
