AI Developer - Agentic Frameworks

Location - Client site, Bangalore

Hybrid - 3 days weekly

Total 8+ years of experience, Build agents/components that reason, plan and act

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and deploy advanced AI agents using LangChain and LangGraph to automate complex workflows and improve system responsiveness for enterprise clients.

- Architect and maintain high-performance data pipelines within Databricks and Snowflake DB to ensure seamless data ingestion and model training processes.

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the testing and deployment of AI models, reducing time-to-market for new features.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI specifications, ensuring alignment with long-term product goals.

- Optimize existing AI infrastructure to enhance computational efficiency and reduce latency, directly impacting the user experience for our global customer base.

Skill set :

- Experience with Agent frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph

- Implement guardrails - ReAct patterns

- Develop memory and tool-use capabilities (MCP), collaborate with prompt engineers

- AIOps, Build CI/CD pipelines

- Strong Python engineering (async, APIs, microservices)

- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Lakehouse architectures
