Job Description
Were hiring a full-time AI Developer who is highly skilled with Claude and Claude Code. Youll use Claude AI to design, build and ship standalone software, mobile apps and internal automation tools for our team and clients. This is a fully remote role open to candidates anywhere in India, working with our team in Australia.
We are a digital marketing agency helping businesses grow through Google Ads, SEO and performance marketing. Were building AI-powered tools to automate how our agency works and how we deliver results for clients, and were looking for a developer who builds with AI every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Build standalone software, web apps and mobile apps end to end using Claude and Claude Code
- Create AI agents, automations and internal tools that streamline agency workflows (reporting, campaign building, CRM updates)
- Integrate Claude with business tools using the Claude API, MCP servers and third-party APIs
- Write clean, maintainable code and manage projects with Git/GitHub
- Turn business requirements into working prototypes quickly, then refine them into production-ready products
- Test, debug, deploy and maintain applications
- Document your projects so the team can use and extend them
Required Skills & Experience
- 23 years of hands-on coding experience
- Expert-level command of Claude and Claude Code (A to Z): prompting, project setup, agentic workflows, skills, MCP integrations and the Claude API
- Proven track record of building standalone software and mobile apps (please share portfolio links)
- Strong in at least one of: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React React Native, Flutter
- Experience with REST APIs, databases and cloud deployment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Good written and spoken English for working with an Australian team
