Role Responsibilities
- Build features on your own real project using the open-weight and Gemini models we provide.
- Choose which model to use for each task and switch whenever you naturally would.
- Use one chat per task to streamline the coding process.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Actively building a verifiable software project (side project, startup, or LLM-powered feature).
- Regular user of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or Cline.
- Comfortable with the terminal and Git on Mac or Linux.
Preferred
- Experience building agentic or LLM-integrated features.
