AI Developer (Copilot & Microsoft AI Solutions)

An experienced AI Developer is sought with a strong background in Microsoft technologies to design, build, and deploy intelligent solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry, and related Microsoft AI capabilities.

This role targets consultant-level professionals with a minimum of four years of Microsoft 365 experience and proven hands-on delivery of AI solutions in enterprise environments.

Role Summary

The position focuses on designing and implementing AI-powered business solutions across the Microsoft stack.

The successful candidate should combine practical development capability, platform integration skills, and understanding of enterprise governance, security, and solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and custom AI solutions.

  • Develop and integrate solutions across the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related services.

  • Build and deploy AI applications using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and other Microsoft AI services.

  • Develop orchestration and agent workflows using tools such as LangChain or Microsoft Agent SDK.

  • Integrate AI capabilities with Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook to improve business workflows.

  • Work with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.

  • Ensure alignment with enterprise governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI standards.

  • Contribute to architecture design, technical documentation, proof of concepts, and implementation best practices.

  • Support consulting and client-facing delivery activities, including workshops, demonstrations, and solution presentations.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 environments.

  • Proven experience building AI agents or conversational solutions using Copilot Studio.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform, especially Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

  • Experience with Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry.

  • Familiarity with LangChain, Microsoft Agent SDK, or similar agent orchestration frameworks.

  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, connectors, authentication, and enterprise integrations.

  • Experience with at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, TypeScript, or PowerShell.

  • Understanding of structured and unstructured data handling in AI solution design.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns and enterprise knowledge integration.

  • Familiarity with responsible AI, security, and governance frameworks.

  • Experience integrating AI solutions into Microsoft Teams or broader collaboration platforms.

  • Microsoft certifications in Azure AI, Power Platform, Azure, or Microsoft 365.

  • Previous consulting or customer-facing project delivery experience.
