About the role:
As an AI Developer, your primary mission is to adopt, embed, and integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into our production applications. You will turn advanced machine learning models into practical, high-performing software features. The main job function is to design, build, and integrate artificial intelligence capabilities into core applications, transforming user experiences and automating backend workflows.
What You Will Do:
Architect the System: Design and implement a robust, scalable backend and API architecture that seamlessly handles AI model interactions and real-time streaming data.
Select the AI Stack: Research, evaluate, and implement the best combination of foundational models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source Llama), vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
Build the AI Engine: Develop reliable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and multi-step AI agent workflows.
Establish Testing & Evals: Set up the initial framework for tracking AI performance, output accuracy, cost management, and latency.
Collaborate on Product: Work closely with product and design to turn conceptual AI capabilities into clean, intuitive, and lightning-fast user experiences.
Technical Qualifications:
Language Mastery: 1+ years of professional experience with Python (FastAPI/Django) and strong familiarity with JavaScript (Next.js/React) for full-stack capability.
AI Integration: Proven experience building applications powered by LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and using frameworks like LangChain or Google ADK.
AI Data Architecture: Practical knowledge of building RAG pipelines and working with Databases (such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Clickhouse).
Modern DevOps: Experience designing clean backend architectures from scratch, containerizing with Docker, and deploying to cloud infrastructure.
1+ years of professional experience preferred, but fresh graduates with deep technical knowledge and a passion for AI are highly encouraged to apply.
