Summary

The main function of the AI Developer role is to support a digital transformation initiative within a major financial institution by developing advanced solutions for extracting and analyzing information from text and visual data sources. The objective is to contribute to high-impact projects through scalable machine learning models.

Main Responsibilities

As an AI Developer, you will work on innovative approaches to document and image processing, contributing significantly to our technological advancement.

• Design and implement AI-driven solutions for document and image understanding.

• Leverage both traditional machine learning techniques and cutting-edge Generative AI.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.

• Build components using Python and AI/ML libraries for document processing.

• Ensure reliability and performance across development, testing, and production environments.

• Participate in continuous delivery workflows utilizing Agile and DevOps practices.

• Troubleshoot issues and optimize existing functionalities.

Key Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and Document AI.

• Proficiency in delivering AI/ML solutions with Python.

• Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, and Generative AI.

• Knowledge of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Image Processing.

• Practical knowledge of tools and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, OpenCV, spaCy, and Regex.

• Strong focus on writing secure, maintainable, and production-grade code.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with PostgreSQL databases.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure VM, AKS, Azure CLI, DevOps).

• Background in fast-paced environments with frequent releases.
