AI Developer Enablement

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on AI Developer to help us design and deliver AI‑powered skills, agents, and reusable solutions that make engineering teams work smarter, faster, and with less friction.

This role focuses on turning repeatable development needs into scalable AI capabilities used directly in daily workflows.

You’ll work with engineering groups to identify high‑impact use cases, automate repetitive tasks, improve access to technical knowledge, and build patterns that make AI adoption useful, safe, and energizing.

Your work will shape the reusable AI toolkit supporting development across teams — accelerating delivery, improving quality, and enabling developers to focus on creative engineering.

What you’ll do

• Design, build, test, and scale AI skills, assistants, agents, and orchestration patterns for software development.

• Create agent workflows that safely interact with tools, repositories, knowledge sources, and automation services.

• Partner with engineering teams to discover use cases, remove workflow bottlenecks, and deliver measurable productivity improvements.

• Build reusable components: APIs, prompt libraries, agent templates, connectors, and reference implementations.

• Improve access to technical knowledge through AI‑powered search, documentation, code context, and automation.

• Integrate AI solutions with developer tools (repos, issue tracking, CI/CD, service catalogs, collaboration platforms).

• Embed responsible AI, security, governance, and quality controls into every solution.

• Drive adoption through demos, showcases, pilots, documentation, and feedback loops.

• Support teams with architecture, integration, testing, evaluation, and production readiness.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering (advanced degree or equivalent experience welcome).

• 10+ years in software development, platform engineering, AI solution delivery, automation, or developer tooling.

• Strong hands-on experience building production-quality software, APIs, integrations, automation frameworks, or internal tools.

• Experience designing or implementing AI-powered solutions (skills, agents, assistants, RAG, workflow automation).

• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, documentation, release support, and troubleshooting.

• Experience collaborating with engineering teams to identify use cases and deliver reusable capabilities at scale.

• Strong understanding of security, access control, compliance, responsible AI, and operational support.

• Ability to create clear technical designs, reusable patterns, adoption materials, and business-facing summaries.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence, guide, and support technical teams.

• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and improve developer productivity.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, prompt engineering, vector databases, embeddings, RAG, or model evaluation.

• Familiarity with GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Backstage, OpenAI-compatible APIs.

• Experience building connectors to engineering systems, knowledge bases, CI/CD tools, or collaboration platforms.

• Knowledge of cloud services, serverless, containers, microservices, event-driven architectures.

• Experience with AI testing, evaluation, telemetry, and quality measurement.

• Experience creating self-service developer experiences or internal platforms.

• Cloud/AI/security/DevOps certifications are a plus.
