This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Developer | Fullstack Java & Angular based in Brazil.

This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level Fullstack Developer to build and evolve modern digital applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
You will work at the intersection of software engineering and artificial intelligence, applying AI-driven development practices to improve productivity and delivery quality.
The role combines hands-on development with participation in technical decisions, agile ceremonies, and release processes.
You will explore agentic development, Spec-Driven Development, and emerging tools such as Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs.
Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

• Develop and enhance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot, as well as frontend applications using Angular.
• Apply software engineering best practices, including code reviews, unit testing, maintainability, and code quality standards.
• Leverage artificial intelligence and agentic development approaches to optimize workflows and increase productivity throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Apply Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and explore tools such as Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs.
• Participate in technical decisions, agile ceremonies, planning activities, and release processes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve development practices, processes, and technical solutions.
• Share knowledge, support teammates, and actively contribute to a culture of learning and innovation.

Requirements

• Solid professional experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Professional experience developing applications with Angular.
• Practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and AI agent development.
• Experience with or strong knowledge of Spec-Driven Development (SDD).
• Familiarity with Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs.
• Experience with unit testing and software development best practices.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Jira.
• Experience working with agile methodologies and software release processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in dynamic environments.
• A critical mindset, problem-solving orientation, resilience, adaptability, and willingness to continuously learn and share knowledge.
