Summary
A 3–6 month on-site internship in Ara Damansara, Selangor, assisting FlowHub in building and testing AI-powered internal tools such as chatbots, workflow automation and data tools, using basic Python/JavaScript, OpenAI APIs and no-code/low-code platforms like Zapier, Make and n8n, while collaborating with Sales, Operations and Marketing.
Salary: RM 700 – RM 1,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Assist in building and testing AI tools to improve business operations (e.g. automation, workflows and internal tools).
Work with APIs and AI platforms, including OpenAI and no-code/low-code tools.
Support the development of simple internal systems such as chatbots, data tools and process automation.
Analyse business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI.
Collaborate with different teams (Sales, Operations and Marketing) to implement AI-powered solutions.
Research, explore and experiment with new AI tools, platforms and technologies.
Assist in developing practical solutions to real-world business problems.
About You
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science or a related field.
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript or similar.
Strong interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies.
Enjoy experimenting with new tools and figuring out how things work.
Have a problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude.
Able to work independently, learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Curious, resourceful and not afraid to try new things.
Bonus Points If You Have Experience With:
APIs and API integrations.
ChatGPT / OpenAI or other AI platforms.
Automation tools such as Zapier, Make or n8n.
Building chatbots, internal tools or simple applications.
No-code / low-code development platforms.
