AI Developer Intern in Cross-Border Property Decision Engine

Salary: RM 1,000 – RM 1,200 per month

About the role

PropertyLab is building an AI decision engine for cross-border property investment. It analyses residential property in Singapore, Dubai and Hong Kong and turns it into something an overseas investor can actually act on — yields, total cost of ownership, payment-plan risk, market context. You will work on the portals that engine powers. This is not a shadowing internship: interns ship features that real investors use.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and improve the Singapore, Dubai and Hong Kong property portals

  • Work on the AI data pipelines behind them — extraction, analysis, and the validation that stops an AI answer being confidently wrong

  • Talk to overseas buyers and turn what they ask about into product changes

  • Research each market's specifics (stamp duty, off-plan payment structures, rental yield conventions) and get them modelled correctly

About you

  • Final-year or penultimate-year student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or similar

  • Comfortable with Python; any of SQL, Flutter, LangChain or cloud a plus

  • You have built something by directing an AI (Claude, Cursor, Copilot, Lovable, v0). We care more about what you shipped than which tool

  • Genuinely interested in property investment and wealth planning — this is the subject matter, not a side detail

  • Able to hold a conversation with a customer, not only with a codebase
