What You'll Do
As an AI Application Developer, you will own the full AI application lifecycle—from identifying opportunities and designing solutions to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities include:
Design, develop and deploy production-ready LLM-powered and Agentic AI applications.
Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and prompt engineering workflows.
Develop intelligent AI solutions for clinical decision support, care pathway optimisation, automated documentation, and operational efficiency.
Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to analyse and extract insights from large healthcare datasets.
Develop scalable AI applications using modern AI frameworks and cloud technologies.
Collaborate closely with clinicians, operational stakeholders, and technology teams to translate real-world healthcare challenges into AI solutions.
Monitor application performance and produce explainable AI outputs for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Build secure, reliable, and scalable AI applications while ensuring compliance with healthcare data governance and regulatory requirements.
Support clinical research, innovation initiatives, and quality improvement projects.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline (Master's degree is advantageous).
Minimum 2 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience developing and deploying LLM applications in production environments.
Hands-on experience building AI agents or Agentic AI solutions beyond academic projects.
Strong portfolio (GitHub or equivalent) demonstrating AI/LLM projects and your technical contributions.
Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and/or R.
Experience integrating LLM APIs and AI/ML models into production applications.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, MLOps, and DevSecOps practices.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
