AI Developer (LLM, OCR & Intelligent Automation)

Salary: RM 8,000 – RM 10,000 per month

About the role

We are looking for an AI Developer who can independently design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI-powered solutions from concept to production. You will work on Large Language Models (LLM), AI Chatbots and Virtual Assistants, OCR and Document Intelligence, Computer Vision, AI-powered Investigation Systems, and Intelligent Automation Platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise AI solutions.

• Build chatbot and virtual assistant platforms.

• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

• Develop OCR and document processing pipelines.

• Build APIs and backend services for AI applications.

• Integrate AI capabilities into web and mobile applications.

• Evaluate, optimize, and monitor AI model performance.

• Participate in architecture design, deployment, and production support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of AI/ML development experience.

• Strong proficiency in Python.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, NLP, OCR, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision.

• Experience deploying AI solutions into production environments.

• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, Rasa, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, or Vector Databases.
