Requirements
- Relevant IT / Computer Science / Data Science qualification and experience
- Strong AI / Machine Learning development experience
- Strong Python development skills
- Experience developing, training and deploying Machine Learning models
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and concepts
- Experience with TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn advantageous
- Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) advantageous
- NLP / Natural Language Processing experience advantageous
- Computer Vision experience advantageous
- Experience with AI APIs and model integration
- Data preprocessing, feature engineering and model evaluation experience
- SQL and database development experience
- Cloud experience with AWS / Azure / GCP advantageous
- Docker and containerisation experience advantageous
- MLOps / ML lifecycle management experience advantageous
- REST APIs and microservices experience advantageous
- Git and version control experience
- CI/CD and deployment experience advantageous
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and modern development practices
- Agile / Scrum experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for AI and emerging technology
