About the role

We are seeking a full-time AI Developer to join CLT Toolbox Indonesia, based in Banyumanik, Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. This position is primarily work-from-office (WFO), with flexibility to work .

As an AI Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered solutions that enhance our software products and business processes.

You will work closely with our software development and product teams to identify AI opportunities, develop intelligent features, integrate AI technologies into existing systems, and build reliable and scalable AI solutions.

Your work may involve AI application development, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning, AI automation, data processing, and API integration. We are looking for someone who is curious about emerging AI technologies and can turn AI concepts into practical solutions that deliver real value to our products and customers.

Keyt Responsibilities :

1. Design and Develop Pipeline integration LLM (Antrhopic, Gemini, Deepseek, etc.) to solutions based on business and product requirements.

2. ⁠Develop clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code using Develop clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code using tech stack on this company.

3. Collaborate with software developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical AI solutions.

4. Research, evaluate, and experiment with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, models, and tools.

5. ⁠Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimisation techniques to improve AI system performance.

6. ⁠Test and validate AI solutions to ensure reliability, accuracy, scalability, and usability.

7. Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve deployed AI solutions.

8. Stay up to date with developments in AI, machine learning, Generative AI, and related technologies.

9. ⁠Document code, processes, experiments, and technical specifications to support knowledge sharing and team collaboration.

What We're Looking For :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

2. Proven experience developing AI or machine learning applications, preferably in real-world or production environments.

3. Strong programming skills, particularly in Python, PHP, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Experience with other languages such as Java or C++ is a plus.

4. Hands-on experience with Laravel AI, and LLM Provider (Antropic Console, Google AI Studio, etc.)

5. Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), AI agents, or AI APIs is highly desirable.

6. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development best practices.

7. Experience working with data processing, analysis, and relevant Python libraries is a plus.

8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

9. Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical team members.

10. A strong interest in learning, experimenting, and keeping up with rapidly evolving AI technologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Deep Learning.

• Experience building AI-powered applications or integrating AI into existing software products.

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or other DevOps practices.

• Experience working with AI APIs and services such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, or similar platforms.

• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, RAG pipelines, or AI agent frameworks.
