As a jr. supervisor, you will be a key player in developing, testing, and maintaining our AI agents portfolio. You will work closely with a team of skilled engineers to design and implement solutions that align with our customers goals. You will also work cross-functionally with our product, business operations, and sales teams and also work closely with our founders.
Your role will involve writing efficient and maintainable code, tackling complex problems, and contributing to code reviews.
requirements - Any graduates, preferably from an IT background.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
- Excellent presentation skills to convey ideas and findings effectively.
- Understanding various LLM models and AI workflows
- Deep understanding of business processes and industry standards.
- Ability to align IT solutions with business goals and define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
