Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI-powered workflows, agents, and automation solutions
- Design and optimize prompts, system instructions, and AI interactions
- Develop and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions
- Integrate AI capabilities into products and business systems via APIs
- Evaluate AI outputs, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve performance
- Stay current with emerging AI tools and technologies
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development or AI engineering experience
- Strong hands‑on experience with LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, RAG, or workflow automation
- Familiarity with AI platforms such as Claude
- Proficient in Python or equivalent scripting languages
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to debug AI-driven systems
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, Claude Agent SDK, or n8n
- Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector
