Build AI platform services in Halifax, NS, using GitHub Actions, TypeScript, Python, Groovy, and Jenkins in a hybrid contract.
This AI Platform Engineer contract runs for 06+ months, with long-term potential. You will develop DevOps services, improve developer experience, and support application teams. The work includes distributed applications, public cloud technology, and production-class delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop value-add services integrating with existing DevOps stacks
- Build CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins
- Coach application teams on DevOps offerings
- Champion developer experience and DevOps best practices
- Evaluate tools through adoption and proof-of-concept processes
Requirements:
- Experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana
- Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, and UrbanCodeDeploy
- Experience with Azure or AWS public cloud technology
- Experience building or supporting distributed applications
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Agile methodologies
