Requirements
Key Responsibilities Analyse existing data structures, models and flows, and design best-practice data architecture solutions. Design and build dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions to support business decision-making. Design, configure and build AI agents / copilots for internal users. Contribute to the AI strategy with focus on practical enablement and business value. Work across data, analytics and AI platforms to deliver end-to-end solutions. Translate business requirements into scalable data, analytics and AI solutions. Collaborate with data engineers, BI developers, solution architects and business stakeholders. Ensure high data quality, governance and documentation. Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data, Analytics or related field. Strong SQL and data analysis skills. Experience in a data/analytics-focused role (Data Analyst, BI Developer, Technical Business Analyst, Data Engineer or AI Specialist). Hands-on experience building dashboards and analytics solutions (Power BI, Qlik or similar). Proven ability to translate business needs into data/analytics/AI solutions. Experience working with relational databases and data modelling.
Ideal / Advantageous Experience in financial services or banking. Exposure to AWS cloud platforms. Practical experience building or configuring AI agents, copilots or LLM-based solutions . Experience with APIs and data integration. Postgraduate qualification or AI/Data certifications. Strong data modelling and analytical thinking. Hands-on BI development and visualisation skills. Ability to build and iterate AI-enabled solutions. Excellent communication – able to explain technical concepts to business users. Proactive, curious and comfortable working in ambiguous environments. Strong ownership, collaboration and stakeholder management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
