Matrix Education is hiring a Software Engineer to join our small, high-output engineering team where AI agents are a real part of how software gets made. This is a hands-on full-stack role building and shipping Next.js, TypeScript, and Node applications across our student-facing platform and internal tools.
You'll work with Claude Code and Cursor from day one, report to the Head of Technology, own the code and the processes around it, and help shape how our development system evolves.
