AI-Driven Validation Engineer: Cloud & LLMs

STMicroelectronics Italia seeks a software professional to join a global technology team. You will help design and implement a cloud-based AI system to validate innovative electronic devices, leveraging LLMs, RAG, and graph databases.

Responsibilities include building robust APIs with Python, REST/JSON, and FastAPI, plus deploying and maintaining cloud-native components. Collaborative, cross-functional work within a diverse environment is expected.

Contribute to the design and implementation of a new AI-based software system deployed on cloud to support validation of innovative electronic devices. Experience with AI technologies and cloud deployments. Knowledge of LLM architectures, APIs and prompt engineering. Proficiency in Python and modern API/web frameworks.
