WHAT WILL YOU ACTUALLY DO?

You'll represent education providers at events and roadshows.

Your role is to:

• Introduce AI and professional development courses

• Understand people's learning goals

• Explain course content and potential benefits

• Answer enquiries and assist with registrations

• Build confidence through face-to-face consultation

Don't worry. You won't be teaching AI or writing code!

YOUR FIRST 3 WEEKS

Week 1 — Master Conversations

Learn how to approach, engage and understand different customers with real-time guidance from your mentor.

Week 2 — Discover AI

Explore AI applications, course programmes and how these skills are used in everyday work.

Week 3 — Become a Better Consultant

Practise presenting courses, answering objections and closing registrations.
