At Maximus Organisation, we work with education providers to introduce AI-related and professional development courses through events and roadshows.

We're recruiting new faces to join our Education Sales Team!

And here's the fun part...

We challenge our new trainees to OUTSELL THEIR MENTORS within their first 2 months! 😂

Sounds ambitious? That's the point!

YOUR FIRST 3 WEEKS

WEEK 1 — BECOME A CONVERSATION STARTER

Learn to confidently approach, engage and communicate with customers at events and roadshows.

Your mentor will be beside you, providing real-time feedback during actual customer interactions.

WEEK 2 — EXPLORE THE WORLD OF AI

Learn about AI applications, industry trends and the education programmes you're representing.

Understand how AI can help people improve their productivity and develop new skills.

No coding experience required!

WEEK 3 — BECOME AN EDUCATION SALES CONSULTANT

Start identifying customer needs, presenting suitable courses, answering questions and assisting with registrations.

Your mentor coaches. You execute.

And hopefully, you start challenging their numbers!
