As the Business Systems & AI Innovation Lead, you will drive the adoption of AI and Microsoft 365 technologies, improve business processes, automate workflows, and enable smarter decision-making across the organisation. This is a business-facing role focused on innovation-not IT support.
Responsibilities
AI Innovation Lead
Location: Blanchardstown, Dublin, onsite
Salary: €85K-€90K base salary
- Lead AI and digital transformation initiatives, developing and implementing the organisation 's AI roadmap.
- Optimise business processes by introducing automation, improving data quality, and reducing manual administration.
- Design and deliver Power BI dashboards, reporting solutions, and business insights for senior stakeholders.
- Maximise the use ofng Copilot, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Teams.
- Champion innovation by delivering training, supporting technology adoption, and promoting best practices across the business.
About You
- Experience delivering business improvement, digital transformation, or automation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot or other enterprise AI solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
- Experience working with data, reporting, dashboards, and process optimisation.
- Passionate about AI, emerging technologies, and helping organisations embrace smarter ways of working.
