AI Enablement Manager
WIZ.AI provides enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions to enhance customer experience and increase operational efficiency. WIZ.AI's AI Agents provide human-like engagement to facilitate customer interactions at scale, enabling businesses worldwide to connect with their customers and provide exceptional customer service and strong business ROI.
Role Overview
AI talkbots are straightforward. With Wiz's suite of AI tools, building, configuring, and deploying AI voice agents is done in a fraction of the time.
The hard part is everything around the build: knowing which problem is worth solving, what the agent should actually say to move a business metric, and why a deployment that looks fine on paper is underperforming in production.
The AI Enablement Manager is part Forward-Deployed Engineer, part Strategic Consultant. You will sit inside our clients' operations, diagnosing the real constraint, designing the solution, driving it to go-live, and interrogating the data until it produces a business outcome the client can defend to their leadership. We will give you the tools that make building fast; your true value lies in your strategic thinking and analytical rigor.
What you will do;
- Diagnosis: Get past what the client says they want and discover what is actually broken. Identify which calls fail, at what step, and why. Determine which metric is the real constraint and which use case is worth deploying first.
- Solution Design: Architect the agent end-to-end. Map out conversation flows, business logic, escalation paths, and edge cases. The configuration is quick; reasoning about what should happen at each decision point is the core work.
- Deployment and Adoption: Take solutions to production and navigate the complexities of integration, client-side process changes, agent handoffs, and internal buy-in. Go-live is just a milestone, not the finish line.
- Post-Launch Analysis: Live in the call data. Find drop-off points, form hypotheses about the causes, test them, and iterate until performance metrics improve. This is a core function of the job, not an afterthought.
- The Outcome Narrative: Translate complex data analysis into a compelling ROI story that a client's CFO or COO can act on. Explain what changed, its financial value, and the recommended next steps.
- Account Expansion: As you learn the client's business deeply, identify and propose where AI can create the next tranche of measurable value.
You may be a strong fit if you have;
- Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in solutions engineering, forward-deployed/field engineering, technical consulting, implementation, or technical program management.
- A STEM background (engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or a hard science). We hire for the reasoning that training builds: decomposing messy systems, isolating variables, forming and testing hypotheses, and being genuinely comfortable with data.
- Strong analytical instinct. Given a set of call logs and a metric that isn't moving, you should want to open the data yourself and find out why, not wait for someone to send you a dashboard.
- End-to-End Ownership: Demonstrated experience owning a client relationship from start to finish. You have been solely accountable for delivery in front of a customer, not just a contributor to another manager's plan.
- Executive-grade communication. You can run a technical working session in the morning and present findings to a client's leadership team in the afternoon, adjusting your communication register accordingly.
- High tolerance for ambiguity. Enterprise deployments are messy and the brief is rarely right the first time. You should find that energizing.
Nice to have, but not required;
- Proficiency with LLMs to analyze unstructured conversation data at volume and process automation.
- Experience in managing deployment of software into complex enterprise environments (specifically banking, telco, fintech, or insurance).
- Exposure to contact center operations, Customer Experience (CX), collections, or telesales workflows.
- Fluency in Filipino and English (the majority of our deployments are bilingual by design).
Being direct about two things
- This is not a software engineering role. You won't ship production code. The technical rigor lives in how you reason about systems, model edge cases, and interrogate performance data, not in a codebase. If you need to be writing code daily to feel fulfilled, this isn't the right seat, and we'd rather say so now.
- This is also not a back-office analytics role. The analysis happens in front of the customer. You'll be the one presenting the finding, defending the recommendation, and owning what happens next. If you want to work primarily in dashboards, this will frustrate you.
If that's the kind of ownership you're looking for, we'd like to talk.
At WIZ.AI, you won't just witness the cutting edge of Generative AI. You will define it, engineering proprietary Talkbots and advanced LLMs that deliver transformative, measurable impact for
