2. Job Description
INFOTEK Solutions is an IT and digital solutions organisation. Our delivery spans software and web development, digital marketing and content, design, functional consulting and process automation, and we manage websites and the full social media presence of the accounts in our care across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube and Pinterest. A large volume of that work — content production, reporting, documentation, screening and MIS — is repetitive and currently manual.
You will own the company-wide shift to AI-assisted working. That means auditing where every team loses hours, designing and delivering the training that closes the gap, building the prompt libraries and AI workflows teams use daily, setting the data-safety rules, and proving adoption with hard numbers reported to leadership every month.
This is a hands-on builder-trainer role. You must be able to sit with a content writer, a designer, a recruiter or an accounts executive, watch them work for twenty minutes, and hand them a working AI workflow before you leave the desk. You will work in direct partnership with the Intelligent Automation Developer — you prove workflows manually with users, they convert the proven ones into fully automated pipelines.
3. Roles and Responsibilities
AI Opportunity Assessment
Audit every function — Technology & Delivery, Digital Marketing, Design, Functional Consulting, HR, Finance and Operations — and document current manual workflows with time-per-task measurements.
Maintain a scored use-case backlog (effort vs. impact vs. risk) and a rolling quarterly AI roadmap with department-level hour-saving targets.
Hand high-volume, rules-clear cases to the Intelligent Automation Developer for full automation.
Training Design and Delivery
Design and own a four-tier curriculum: AI Foundations (how LLMs work, hallucination checking, verification discipline) to AI at Work (role-specific prompting, document and data workflows) to AI Power User (chaining, projects, tool integration) to AI Champion (peer-trainer certification).
Deliver instructor-led workshops, hands-on labs, desk-side 1:1 coaching and floor-walk clinics.
Run a separate leadership track for department heads and HODs: where AI fits their function, what to expect from their teams, how to review AI-assisted work, and how to sponsor adoption rather than merely permit it.
Hold a standing monthly working session with each function head to review what their team automated, what stalled and what to attempt next.
Build and maintain prompt libraries, SOPs, quick-reference cards, video micro-lessons and an internal AI knowledge base.
Role-Specific AI Playbooks
Content & SEO: blog outlining and drafting from the keyword bank, consistent brand voice across every account we publish for, meta titles and descriptions, content briefs, blog repurposing into social posts.
Social Media: caption and hashtag generation per brand and platform, monthly calendar drafting, creative brief writing, comment and DM response drafting.
Design: AI-assisted concept ideation, copy variants for creatives, image prompt writing and asset iteration.
HR & Recruitment: JD drafting, resume screening and shortlisting summaries, interview question sets, candidate communication drafts.
Delivery & Consulting: requirement documentation, BRD and SOW drafting, test-case generation, code documentation, project status summaries.
Finance & Operations: MIS commentary, variance explanation, invoice and quotation drafting, vendor comparison summaries.
Integration and Workflow Building
Teach and demonstrate AI connected to the tools people already use — Microsoft 365 and Copilot, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Google Workspace, Google Analytics and Search Console, the applicant tracking system, and project and ticketing tools.
Build low-code AI workflows live in sessions using Claude and ChatGPT projects, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Zapier/Make and Google Apps Script.
Maintain a shared library of working workflows with clear “when to use this” documentation so solutions get reused, not rebuilt.
Partnership with the Intelligent Automation Developer
Run joint discovery with the Intelligent Automation Developer: you surface the opportunity from the floor, they assess technical feasibility, and together you decide whether a case is solved by training people or by building an automation.
Write the requirement for anything handed over for automation — current process, volume, exceptions, the approval step and the success measure — so the developer is not re-discovering the process from scratch.
Validate every delivered automation with the users who will run it: confirm it works in real conditions, train them on it, and write the runbook entry in language they understand.
Own the adoption of delivered automations, not just their delivery — an automation nobody uses counts as a failure against your targets, not the developer's.
Governance and Policy
Draft, publish and enforce the INFOTEK Solutions AI Acceptable Use Policy — data classification, what may never be pasted into public AI tools, client-confidentiality boundaries, mandatory human review points, and sign-off rules for anything client-facing or published.
Deliver mandatory AI risk and data-privacy briefings; maintain completion records for audit and client compliance.
Own AI tool licence management end to end: evaluation, allocation, onboarding, utilisation review, renewal and de-provisioning.
Measurement and Reporting
Maintain the AI adoption scorecard and publish a monthly impact dashboard to leadership with department-level breakdowns.
Run the quarterly AI Champions programme — identify, certify and support power users in every department.
Conduct 30- and 60-day post-training effectiveness reviews based on observed behaviour change, not feedback forms.
4. Required Skills
4–7 years in corporate L&D, enablement, technical training or digital transformation, with demonstrable daily hands-on AI use in real work.
Strong practical command of at least two of Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini — including projects, custom instructions and document/data analysis.
Genuine prompt engineering ability: structured framing, few-shot examples, output-format control, task decomposition and systematic verification.
Instructional design fundamentals (ADDIE or equivalent) and practical 70-20-10 application.
Proven end-to-end training programme ownership with adoption numbers you can show.
Excellent facilitation — equally effective with a room of thirty and one sceptical person at a desk.
Advanced Microsoft 365 including Excel; clear business writing for SOPs, policy and training content.
Change-management capability — handling resistance, job-security anxiety and entrenched ways of working.
Good to have: Power Automate / Copilot Studio / Power Apps exposure; LMS administration; basic Python or Google Apps Script; DPDP Act 2023 and ISO/IEC 42001 awareness; agency, IT services or BPO background; AI-900, MS-4004 or Google Cloud Generative AI certification.
