AI Engineer - 4-Day Week, Hybrid

TeamSystem is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to lead the development of AI-powered platforms and scalable software architectures in the Data, AI & Analytics department. You will design data pipelines and integrate AI solutions leveraging LLMs, while managing production lifecycle, security, and documentation.

The role requires strong Python skills, cloud experience, and a 4-day workweek hybrid model in Milano or Torino offices. English fluency (C1) is essential.

Develop, maintain, and evolve AI-powered platforms and scalable software architectures. Design and integrate data pipelines across relational and vector databases; implement AI solutions using LLMs. Manage AI solutions lifecycle from design to production, ensuring reliability, security, and documentation. At least 4 years of experience in AI Engineering, ML, or related software engineering roles. Strong proficiency in Python and experience with LLMs and Generative AI. Experience designing scalable software applications, APIs, and microservices in cloud environments. Knowledge of relational and vector databases, data pipelines, and structured/unstructured data. Familiarity with containerization and modern software practices (Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD).
