- Data Platform Integration: Bridge enterprise data warehouses and lakehouses - specifically Databricks, Snowflake, and Google BigQuery - with AI to feed unstructured and structured data efficiently into downstream models.
- MLOps & Cloud Infrastructure: Build and optimize end-to-end MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, versioning, monitoring, and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) utilizing Azure/AWS, hybrid cloud setups, and native cloud data tools.
- Compliance & Security Engineering: Ensure all AI systems and data architectures are engineered to meet strict compliance guidelines required by regulated sectors such as life sciences (GxP), finance, and public institutions.
- Collaboration & Advisory: Partner with data practitioners, consultants, and technical advisors to evaluate client requirements, recommend technology stacks, and advocate for sustainable AI practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python and experience with core ML/AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn) and LLM orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Data Architecture & Warehousing: Practical, hands-on experience working with modern enterprise data environments, specifically Databricks (Delta Lake, MLflow), Snowflake (Cortex AI, Snowpark), and Google BigQuery.
- Cloud & MLOps Infrastructure: Deep familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure ML / AWS SageMaker) and containerization frameworks (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Regulated Industries Mindset: Knowledge of data governance, security standards, and operating models within highly regulated frameworks is considered a major asset.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, an innovative problem-solving mindset, and a proactive collaborative approach aligned with a Scandinavian management style.
