AI Engineer (Agent and Tool)

Requirements

2-3+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or related roles.

Strong programming skills in Python, C#, or TypeScript.

Experience developing AI-powered applications using large language models (LLMs).

Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, tool calling, agent frameworks, and AI orchestration.

Experience building AI assistants, copilots, and intelligent agents.

Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI integration patterns.

Experience integrating enterprise systems using REST APIs, OAuth, and event-driven architectures.

Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar AI automation platforms.

Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps, or cloud-based services.

Knowledge of workflow orchestration, human-in-the-loop processes, and approval workflows.

Understanding of AI safety, output validation, access controls, and secure development practices.

Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and supporting AI applications in production.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, software engineering, or a related field.

Preferred qualifications

Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, or Agent SDKs.

Experience building multi-agent systems and enterprise AI solutions.

Knowledge of HL7 FHIR is a plus.

Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, and security best practices.

Microsoft AI, Azure, or Power Platform certifications are a plus.
