We are looking for an AI Engineer who is passionate about generative AI, intelligent agents, and automation. In this role, you will design, develop, and integrate AI-powered agents using Microsoft Azure AI technologies, turning business requirements into practical, scalable, and reliable AI solutions.

Job Description:

• Develop Intelligent AI Agents: Build and configure specialized AI agents using Azure AI Foundry Agent Service and Microsoft Copilot Studio, implementing agent instructions, prompt logic, tool calling, and structured outputs.

• Build RAG and Retrieval Solutions: Develop and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using enterprise knowledge sources, including document chunking, embeddings, indexing, Azure AI Search, and vector search.

• Integrate AI with Enterprise Systems: Connect AI agents with REST APIs, enterprise data sources, and Azure services using Python, JSON schemas, and modular software development practices.

• Ensure AI Quality and Reliability: Create evaluation datasets, automated tests, and repeatable validation processes to assess response accuracy, relevance, traceability, and usefulness.

• Troubleshoot and Optimize Solutions: Investigate agent failures, retrieval issues, and integration challenges, refining AI solutions based on test results, technical findings, and user feedback.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with business stakeholders, engineers, subject-matter experts, and senior AI engineers to translate complex workflows into effective AI-powered capabilities.

• Explore and Prototype New Capabilities: Use Git and AI-assisted development tools to rapidly prototype new features while maintaining clean, reusable, and maintainable code.

• Enable Intelligent Automation: Contribute to connected multi-agent workflows and end-to-end engineering process automation within a collaborative Agile environment.

Qualifications:

Must have:

• Working knowledge of Python, REST APIs, JSON schemas, Git, and modular software development practices.

• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector search, Azure AI Search, prompt engineering, and tool calling.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate technical documentation, learn new technologies quickly, and apply them to complex business use cases.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders.

• A willingness to incorporate feedback, experiment with new approaches, and continuously improve AI solutions.

• A university degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have:
Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry Agent Service and Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Experience with automated testing, AI evaluation datasets, debugging, and validation of AI-powered applications.

• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and agentic AI workflows.

• Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as:

  • Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-901)

  • Microsoft Azure AI Apps and Agents Developer Associate (AI-103)

  • Microsoft Azure AI Cloud Developer Associate
