●Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques for company-wide knowledge management and product enhancement initiatives
●Oversee data flows and infrastructure to ensure efficient AI deployment and optimize system performance
●Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives and organizational goals
●Develop and refine automated systems for prompt evaluation, with a focus on enhancing content quality and supporting model fine-tuning efforts
●Support internal teams by preparing training materials and providing guidance on AI applications, helping expand AI knowledge across the organization
