AI Engineer

Build and deploy AI agents that automate financial workflows using Python, LLM APIs (Claude/OpenAI), and Microsoft ecosystems; focus on production-grade, secure, and scalable solutions.
We are looking for an experienced AI Agent Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI and Agentic development to join our growing technology team.
In this role, you will work alongside our Power Platform and Data Engineering teams to architect, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents that automate complex financial workflows, enhance client advisory services, and drive internal operational efficiency.
While our core enterprise environment is built on the Microsoft Ecosystem, our tech team leävers best-in-class third-party AI models and frameworks (including Anthropic’s Claude, OpenAI, and custom API pipelines).
We need a developer who brings strong Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) discipline to turn experimental AI concepts into secure, scalable, enterprise-grade production agents.
Key Responsibilities
Agent Development: Architect, build, and refine autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents (using orchestration frameworks).
Multi-LLM Integration: Integrate diverse Large Language Models (including Claude, Azure OpenAI, and open-source models) into business processes via APIs.
Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Apply end-to-end software engineering best practices to AI—including version control, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Data Engineers to hook agents into structured databases/data lakes, and collaborate with Power Platform Engineers to surface AI agents inside Microsoft Teams, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate workflows.
Evaluation & Governance: Design evaluation frameworks (Evals) to benchmark agent performance, minimize hallucination, manage prompt drift, and enforce strict security/compliance protocols around sensitive financial data.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of dedicated experience building, testing, and deploying AI models, LLM applications, and multi-agent systems.
Core Development Skills: Proficiency in Python (and/or C# / TypeScript) with strong experience integrating REST APIs and handling async data streams.
AI & Agentic Stack: Hands-on experience with modern AI tools, prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, and agent frameworks.
SDLC Discipline: Proven track record of taking AI projects out of \"sandbox notebooks\" and into production environments using Git, DevOps pipelines, unit testing, and structured monitoring/logging.
