AI Engineer – Architecture

Role Purpose

Join the AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE) to help design, build, and scale AI solutions that support Bangkok Bank's digital transformation journey. You will work on AI architecture, enterprise AI platforms, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions, ensuring that AI applications are scalable, secure, maintainable, and ready for production use across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

AI Architecture & Solution Design

• Design and develop AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise business use cases.

• Contribute to AI architecture, design principles, and reusable technology patterns to support scalable solution development.

• Participate in solution design reviews and recommend best practices for performance, security, and maintainability.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.

AI Engineering & Development

• Build AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, automation workflows, and enterprise AI services.

• Develop integrations between AI solutions, enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.

• Implement LLM-based applications, RAG solutions, AI copilots, and multi-agent frameworks.

• Support AI model deployment, monitoring, testing, optimization, and lifecycle management.

AI Platform & Cloud Technologies

• Work with enterprise AI platforms, cloud services, and data ecosystems to support AI solution delivery.

• Contribute to reusable AI components, accelerators, frameworks, and shared services.

• Support CI/CD, MLOps, AI observability, and operational best practices.

• Evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and emerging AI technologies.

Security, Governance & Responsible AI

• Ensure AI solutions follow security, privacy, governance, and responsible AI standards.

• Support architecture reviews, risk assessments, and production readiness activities.

• Collaborate with security, compliance, data governance, and technology teams when required.

• Promote best practices for secure and ethical AI development.

Innovation & Continuous Learning

• Stay up to date with advancements in AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and cloud technologies.

• Research, prototype, and experiment with new AI capabilities and emerging technologies.

• Share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned across the AI engineering community.

• Contribute to building reusable assets and best practices for future AI projects.

Preferred Technical Skills

• Machine Learning and Deep Learning

• Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Prompt Engineering and RAG Architecture

• Python, Java, C#, or related programming languages

• API Development and System Integration

• Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

• Vector Databases and Knowledge Retrieval Systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.

• Fresh Graduates are welcome.

• Experience in AI, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Data Science, Cloud Engineering, or related areas is a plus.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Passion for AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and emerging technologies.

• Good English communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Azure OpenAI, AWS AI Services, or similar platforms.

• Experience developing AI applications, chatbots, copilots, or intelligent agents.

• Understanding of AI governance, model evaluation, and responsible AI practices.

• Experience with Git, CI/CD, containerization, Kubernetes, or cloud-native development.

• Open-source AI, research projects, hackathons, internships, or portfolio projects.
