AI Engineer: Build Real-world LLM Apps & Prompts

Arsenalia in Italy’s Veneto region seeks an AI-focused developer to design and build AI-driven applications, focusing on practical implementation over specific tech stacks. You’ll work with LLMs, prompts, APIs, and rapid prototyping to turn business ideas into production-ready features, collaborating with a team and traveling as needed.

You will work with modern AI tools, be proactive in learning, and contribute to a technology-agnostic mindset while delivering high-quality user experiences.

Design and build AI-driven applications leveraging modern tools and platforms. Develop and integrate solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs). Write, test, and iterate effective prompts to guide AI outputs. Leverage APIs to create end-to-end intelligent solutions. Experiment with rapid prototyping and AI-assisted development workflows. Transform ideas into production-ready features through hands-on development. Stay current with generative AI advancements and developer tools. Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering. Experience in software development with any modern language or framework. Ability to work with APIs and integrate external services into applications. Curiosity, experimentation mindset, and interest in AI-assisted development. Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar). Problem-solving attitude with a focus on building and iterating quickly. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in team environments. Proficient in English (B2 level or higher). Availability for short- and medium-term business travel.
