AI Engineer / Data Scientist (Azure AI & Microsoft Fabric)

As an AI Engineer / Data Scientist, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing advanced AI-powered matching services that connect individuals with job opportunities, training programs, and career development pathways.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and continuously improve AI-powered matching and recommendation engines.

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric.

• Implement semantic search and advanced indexing capabilities with Azure AI Search.

• Develop matching, scoring, ranking, reranking, and recommendation algorithms.

• Create intelligent services supporting:

  • Job recommendations

  • Training recommendations

  • Career path suggestions

  • Candidate profile quality and completeness assessments

• Deploy and manage AI solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem, including:

  • Microsoft Azure

  • Azure AI Foundry

  • Microsoft Fabric

  • Azure App Service

  • Docker-based environments

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines while ensuring security, governance, monitoring, and compliance standards.

• Expose AI capabilities through APIs and integrations with business applications.

• Evaluate model performance and recommendation quality through testing and validation activities.

• Collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to drive solution success.

• Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.

• Contribute to the long-term evolution of the platform and modernization of existing systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Data Scientist, or in a similar role.

• Strong hands-on expertise with:

  • Python

  • Microsoft Azure

  • Azure AI Foundry

  • Azure AI Search

  • Microsoft Fabric

  • Azure App Service

  • Docker

• Experience designing and implementing AI-driven search, recommendation, or matching solutions.

• Knowledge of semantic search, indexing strategies, ranking methodologies, and machine learning-based matching techniques.

• Experience deploying and operating AI solutions in production environments.

• Understanding of CI/CD practices, cloud governance, monitoring, and security frameworks.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Language Requirements

• Fluent French (mandatory)

• English is considered an asset

Nice to Have

• Experience with recommendation engines, talent matching platforms, or HR technology solutions.

• Experience working with enterprise-scale AI and data platforms in Azure environments.

• Knowledge of modern MLOps practices and AI operationalization.
