What you'll do

• Design and develop machine learning models to solve complex business problems, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and applications.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can inform model development and optimization.
• Implement algorithms and models using programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, ensuring code quality and maintainability.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models in production, making necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, applying best practices to enhance the team's capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in AI or machine learning engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, along with experience in relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and statistical methods.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and advancements in AI technology.
