AI Engineer

ABOUT THIS JOB

The AI Engineer Staff will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and integration of AI and Machine Learning solutions. This role focuses on data analysis, machine learning models, and advanced AI technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to support business and product innovation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Data Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover meaningful insights from datasets.

- Machine Learning Development: Support the development of machine learning models and pipelines.

- Model Deployment: Assist in implementing APIs and other mechanisms for deploying AI/ML models.

- AI Solution Development: Build and implement advanced AI solutions, focusing on LLMs and RAG technologies.

- Technical Documentation: Prepare documentation and reports summarizing experimental findings and team discussions.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Software Engineering and Product teams to integrate AI functionalities into new and existing platforms.

JOB SPECIFICATION

- Educational Background: Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Project Experience: Have personal projects, academic projects, or open-source contributions demonstrating practical AI/ML applications.

- Programming Skills: Strong foundation in Python and familiarity with key data science libraries.

- Software Development Knowledge: Basic understanding of version control (Git), testing, and code documentation.

- AI & Machine Learning Knowledge: Strong curiosity and passion for learning and staying updated with AI/ML advancements.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical discussions and documentation.

- Personal Attributes: Adaptable, eager to learn, and capable of handling new technologies and challenges.
