AI Engineer (Digital Transformation)

We're seeking a team of entry level graduate AI Engineer and/or IT Specialist to be involve in IT Digital Transformation Project.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI agents that operate across end-to-end business workflows.

• Build LLM-powered applications and pipelines using appropriate frameworks and production-quality code.

• Develop agent behaviors, including task decomposition, reasoning steps, tool usage, and workflow execution.

• Integrate AI agents with enterprise data sources, documents, and internal systems.

• Implement structured outputs, validation, and grounding to ensure consistent and reliable results.

• Apply guardrails, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop controls for enterprise use.

• Optimize solutions for performance, cost efficiency, and operational stability.

• Work closely with business teams to translate workflow requirements into scalable AI solutions.

• Support data integration from multiple sources including trading platforms and external APIs.

• Write and optimize SQL queries and Python scripts for data transformation.

• Implement and share innovative ideas for the AI roadmap.

• Take a proactive approach in identifying opportunities for business-driven improvements.

• Provide actionable insights to improve performance and efficiency.

• Implement and maintain data governance practices to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data processes.

• Collaborate effectively with teams to understand data needs and requirements.

• Support the superior on the project implementation.

Job Requirement:

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in related fields of Information Technology, Digital Transformation, Data Science, Computer Science, AI, etc.

• Good proficiency in machine learning, data engineering, AI agent developments.

• 2 - 5 years’ project deployment and support experience with a background in industrial transformation, data analytics or any relevant field preferred.

• Fresh grade with distinction in AI subjects are welcome to apply.

• Team player with good interpersonal abilities including self-motivated, proactive, independent and problem-solving.

• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and deal with completing priorities under strict deadline.

• Demonstrate and practice leadership, stakeholder management, conflict resolution and change management approaches and skills.

• Work closely with business to expand and increase data platform capabilities to resolve and enhance business problems and challenges by identifying, planning, and integrating to implement best-practices and enforce them across the organization.
