AI Engineer
About the role
Elite Translations is looking for an innovative and highly motivated AI Engineer to design, develop, and implement artificial intelligence solutions that enhance our translation, localization, and business operations. The AI Engineer will work closely with our technology and operations teams to develop AI-powered tools, automate workflows, improve language-processing capabilities, and integrate modern AI technologies into our products and internal systems.
Key responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions for translation and localization workflows
Develop and integrate AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and other AI technologies
Build AI automation tools that improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency
Integrate AI models and third-party AI APIs into existing applications and business processes
Develop prompts, AI workflows, and evaluation frameworks to improve the accuracy and reliability of AI-generated content
Process, analyze, and prepare datasets for AI and machine learning applications
Evaluate AI model performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
Collaborate with translators, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions
Monitor AI systems in production and troubleshoot performance, accuracy, and integration issues
Stay current with emerging developments in generative AI, LLMs, NLP, machine learning, and AI automation
About you
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience developing AI, machine learning, or software engineering solutions
Strong programming skills in Python or a similar programming language
Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI, NLP, machine learning, and AI APIs
Experience working with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and software development tools
Understanding of model evaluation, prompt engineering, data processing, and AI system integration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong communication and documentation skills
