AI Engineer For IAM - AVP
Description
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong hands-on software engineering in Python and at least one enterprise language, with sound knowledge of APIs, asynchronous processing, testing, Git, secure coding, design patterns, and distributed systems.
- Demonstrated delivery experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility and/or Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry models and agents, Azure AI services, and Amazon Bedrock models, Knowledge Bases, Guardrails, Agents, or AgentCore.
- Experience building and operating generative and agentic AI solutions using RAG, embeddings, vector databases/search, orchestration frameworks, tool/function calling, MCP, evaluation frameworks, and multi-agent patterns.
- Working knowledge of LLM behavior, model selection, prompt and context engineering, fine-tuning trade-offs, hallucination mitigation, groundedness, safety evaluation, and model/agent observability.
- Cloud engineering experience across Azure and AWS, including networking, private connectivity, encryption, key and secrets management, logging, monitoring, serverless/container platforms, and infrastructure as code.
- Sound cyber-security and IAM fundamentals: identity lifecycle, RBAC/ABAC, least privilege, authentication and MFA, OAuth 2.0/OIDC/SAML, federation, privileged access, workload and non-human identities, secrets, access reviews, and audit logging.
- Knowledge of secure AI threats and mitigations, including prompt injection, insecure output handling, sensitive-information disclosure, supply-chain risk, model denial of service, excessive agency, and insecure tool/plugin design.
- Experience with DevSecOps, MLOps/LLMOps/AgentOps, automated testing and evaluation, CI/CD, policy-as-code, vulnerability management, reliability engineering, incident management, and production support.
- Ability to create clear architecture designs, threat models, control evidence, operating procedures, executive updates, and decision papers.
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, stakeholder-management, and mentoring skills, with the judgment to balance innovation, control, cost, and speed in a regulated global financial institution.
