Discussion

We are looking for a Forward Deployed AI Architect to lead technical delivery for our enterprise clients. You will own the architecture, the code, and the outcome. This is a high-impact, part-time freelance role for a leader who continues to code.

What you will do

* Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable AI architectures (RAG pipelines, Agent orchestration, LLM integration) that solve specific business problems.
* The Playbook: Oversee 2-3 concurrent missions, establishing the technical standards and quality gates for other engineers on the project.
* Build for Reuse: Identify patterns across client projects and turn them into reusable modules for the InstaAgents platform.
* Client Bridge: Translate complex business requirements into robust technical roadmaps and act as the technical authority in client interactions.

Who you are

* Veteran Builder: 5+ years in software engineering or data science, with experience building ML systems from the ground up.
* Player-Coach: Lead a small team of engineers while remaining hands-on, reviewing code, merging PRs, and debugging production issues.
* AI Native: Understand the realities of deploying LLMs in production, including latency, cost, hallucinations, and evaluation.

The Deal

* Freelance / Part-Time: Flexible engagement designed for top-tier talent.
* Remote: Work from anywhere.
* High Impact: Contribute to ambitious AI initiatives for enterprise clients.
