OpenAI Training Program Hiring Freshers & Junior Talent

We are looking for Junior / Fresher candidates who are interested in joining our OpenAI Training Program. The training is completely online and free of cost. Meanwhile, we will actively market their profiles and support placement opportunities with our clients.

The candidates will receive SGIC login credentials and will be required to complete the assigned courses within the given timeline.

Once enrolled:

- Candidates should immediately start the OpenAI training.

- We will monitor their progress regularly.

- Within the first week, they should aim to complete the required modules and achieve at least 2 badges.

- After completing the courses, they will receive an OpenAI completion certificate, which they can add to their resumes.

- Meanwhile, we will actively market their profiles for client opportunities.

Please note: No salary will be given during this training period, and they don't have to pay for the course as well.

Role: AI Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

Job Overview: Entry-level role for candidates passionate about Artificial Intelligence technologies. You will work on developing AI-driven solutions and gaining hands-on experience with guidance from experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and support AI/ML solutions for business use cases.

- Assist in data preparation, analysis, model development, and testing.

- Build, evaluate, and improve machine learning models.

- Explore Generative AI, LLMs, automation, NLP, and Computer Vision.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver AI features.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's / Master's in Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science, Engineering or related fields.

- Strong programming fundamentals in Python or any language.

- Basic understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and data structures.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Academic projects / internships in AI/ML, Data Science

- Familiarity with AI/ML libraries and frameworks

- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision

- Knowledge of databases, APIs, cloud platforms

Candidate Profile:

- Fresh graduates or 0-1 years of experience

- Strong curiosity and passion for AI
