AI Engineer – Full-Stack

• Own one or two product surfaces end to end, including UI, Postgres schema, edge functions, deployment, and post-deployment operation


• Build and operate LLM-backed product functionality, including prompts, retrieval, evaluations, cost and latency optimization, and output validation


• Convert customer objections and call transcripts into shipped product


• Build with coding agents and take responsibility for their output


• Improve codebase rules, agent skills, and gates that catch problems before human PR review


• Talk directly with recruiter customers to understand what is broken


• Participate in a small-team, fast-decision engineering process using Linear, feature branches, PR review, squash merges, protected main, and deploy-on-merge


• Collaborate asynchronously with regular in-person time

Requirements

• Strong TypeScript and React fundamentals


• Shipped full-stack features and operated them, including migrations, auth, deploys, and production debugging


• Shipped something with an LLM in the critical path and kept it working


• Experience working inside a real engineering pipeline with branches, code review, CI, and releases


• Daily use of coding agents; ability to explain prompting, reviewing, and validating agent output


• Ability to reason about unfamiliar code and catch plausible but incorrect agent output


• Ability to work independently, identify next steps, and ask promptly for missing information


• Existing right to work in the EU or EEA


• English for company communication


• Familiarity with TypeScript, React, Postgres, Supabase, Next.js, Vercel, Linear, Node.js or Python is relevant; not all stack experience is expected
