AI Engineer (Future Role)

We are proactively seeking members for a new AI team, which will be built directly by our Founding AI Engineer after they join. As a core hands-on contributor, you will help execute the mission to solve voice AI. This is an expression of interest to be among the first candidates to form this new team of AI specialists.

Until now, we have been pushing fine-tuning, small model architecture tweaks, and data pipelines to their limits as a team of product-focused engineers. This allowed us to build a successful commercial product, powered by advanced components we created ourselves, like our industry-leading Polish ASR for telephony.

Your mission will be to help push beyond our current limits by executing on R&D in real-time understanding and reasoning. You will build and deploy speech-to-text systems, experiment with multimodal LLMs, and collaborate with your new team on the data pipelines that fuel this entire development.
