Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on AI Agent Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents and automation workflows that deliver measurable business value. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building production-ready AI solutions using frontier language models, agent orchestration frameworks, retrieval systems, and workflow automation platforms

.You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI agent development-from solution design and architecture through deployment, optimization, and continuous improvement - working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to automate complex business processes and unlock new opportunities through Generative AI

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and other advanced LLMs.
  • Build multi-agent systems using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and related frameworks.
  • Develop workflow automations using n8n, Make, Zapier, and custom integrations.
  • Implement enterprise-grade RAG solutions leveraging vector databases and semantic search technologies.
  • Integrate AI agents with internal platforms, databases, APIs, CRM systems, and third-party applications.
  • Design and implement prompt engineering strategies, evaluation frameworks, and optimization methodologies.
  • Establish AI guardrails, monitoring, governance controls, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Monitor production performance, reliability, latency, quality, and operating costs of deployed AI systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities across the organization.
  • Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience building AI-powered applications or automation solutions.
  • Strong experience with Python development.
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks.
  • Experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or other LLM APIs.
  • Experience developing RAG architectures and working with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Chroma, or pgvector.
  • Experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
  • Experience building and deploying production-ready AI applications.
  • Strong API integration and software engineering skills.
  • Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
  • Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) implementations is advantageous.
