AI Engineer

Narratize is seeking an AI Engineer to join our team and drive innovation by developing generative AI solutions that enhance our platform and support custom client integrations.

Responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement generative AI solutions to transform platform capabilities and client experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and drive innovation
• Deploy and optimize AI models in production environments, focusing on scalability and performance
• Explore and integrate new generative AI technologies, frameworks, and libraries to expand capabilities
• Align technical development with company mission, vision, and strategic plan
• Contribute to the AI community through publications, open-source projects, or knowledge sharing
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on AI best practices
• Monitor and optimize AI model performance in production environments

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have a bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Have a track record of successful AI projects or influential contributions to the AI community (publications, open-source projects, etc.)
• Possess strong expertise in generative AI technologies, frameworks, and libraries
• Are proficient in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Have experience deploying AI models to production environments
• Excel at problem-solving and can adapt to changing project requirements
• Communicate and collaborate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
• Are self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple projects
• Have experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) – a plus
• Have knowledge of LLMs and transformer architectures – highly desirable
